About us

With an authorial, seasonal, and highly technical cuisine, the chef makes the kitchen his studio and finds in the tableware the blank canvases for his creations. In them, he reveals the essence, beauty, and diversity of each food, along with its real, improved flavor.

In architecture, the contemporary gastronomic style of the restaurant was translated with elegance, fluidity, asymmetry, and organic lines in a sophisticated, modern, and personality-filled environment.

With a worldwide breadth of gastronomic vision, chef Rafael Gomes is a highlight wherever he goes. His trajectory involves renowned houses in New York (incluindo uma casa  de 3 estrelas Michelin) e o importante papel como Chef Executivo do Grand Cœur Paris, ao lado de Mauro Colagreco. Sua experiência se traduz em novas inspirações a cada dia.

Rafael Gomes, the 2018 MasterChef Professionals champion, returned to Brazil after being invited by the BFW Group to refine the successful proposal with Itacoa Rio, and now opens Tiara in Leblon, a contemporary gastronomy restaurant that excels in selected ingredients, outstanding flavors, and refined techniques.
