Following the same footsteps of Itacoa Paris, BFW Group opened Itacoa Rio in October 2019. A restaurant with its siganture amicable refinement, bringing seasonal menus inspired by local and organic ingredients, famous and renowned dishes, and a spetacular wine list.
OUR CHEF
RAFAEL GOMES
With a worldwide view of ingredients and techiniques, Chef Rafael Gomes is a highlight wherever he goes. His trajectory involves renowned houses in New York, (including a 3 Michelin star restaurant) and the important role as Executive Chef of the Gran Couer Paris, together with Mauro Colagreco. His experience translates into new inspirations every day.
In 2018 he opened Itacoa Paris - Bib Gourmand Michelin. As the champion of MasterChef Professionals 2018, Rafael Gomes returned to Brazil, invited by BFW Group, to add his signature and inspirations to our business.
At Itacoa, each preparation is unique, with a focus on seasonality, freshness, creativity, and a mixture of all elements found in nature."
